Job Summary:
A Procurement Professional to support the procurement process for materials and services for construction projects, negotiating with suppliers and maintaining relationships.

* Execute operational and support activities in the procurement process for materials, adhering to the company's established quality, cost, and timeline standards.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support and conduct procurement and negotiations of materials and services for construction projects, focusing on cost, timeline, and quality;
* Handle quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers;
* Develop and maintain supplier relationships, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement;
* Support contract and purchase order management;
* Monitor construction project requirements in coordination with Engineering teams;
* Update procurement area controls, reports, and KPIs;
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth production processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Dynamic and organized profile;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Interest in directly supporting vertical construction projects;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Prior experience (internship or full-time) in procurement, supply chain, construction, or planning is desirable.
