Job Summary: Operations Coordinator responsible for managing contracts, budgets, and teams, maintaining client relationships, and pursuing continuous improvements to enhance results. Act strategically to boost revenue Your tasks * Coordinate the operation of the unit under your responsibility, ensuring goal achievement, planning, and compliance with management system standards; * Closely monitor contractual clauses agreed upon with our clients, identifying deviations and ensuring compliance; * Manage operational and administrative budgets, keeping costs within forecasted limits; * Supervise and support service execution performed by Supervisors, Programmers, and Foremen; * Maintain direct client relationships, ensuring alignment and effective communication; * Conduct failure analysis and propose continuous improvements in collaboration with management; * Manage company assets allocated to the operation; * Act strategically to boost revenue and support commercial opportunities. Your profile Education: * Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Desired profile: * Solid experience in contract and operations coordination; * Strong client relationship and communication skills; * Strategic vision and results orientation; * Flexibility for geographic mobility (mandatory).
