All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and supervise **rock drilling and blasting activities**; * Ensure adherence to planned and executed blast designs, as well as process analysis; * Conduct technical analysis of blasts, fragmentation, and performance indicators for face quality; * Execute and monitor **borehole profiling and VOD (Velocity of Detonation) control**; * Monitor drilling and blasting performance indicators; * Support team management and leadership for blasting operations; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, and continuously map the process; * Prepare technical reports on blasting cost and performance; * Propose continuous improvements to drilling and blasting processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Mining; * Preferred: more than 5 years of experience in drilling and blasting activities; * Experience in underground mining operations; * Proven experience leading teams; * Knowledge and experience in borehole profiling and VOD control; * Driver’s license category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Preferred: experience with electronic detonators (wired and remote-activated); * Willingness to work on-site. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal voucher (for office-based staff) * Food allowance * Transportation assistance * Quality-of-life program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company certification) * Club membership benefits \- may vary by location * Eyeglass purchase assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada, with a strong presence in Brazil.
