Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What We’re Looking For?** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Directly supporting, enhancing, and automating information security and technological governance processes; * Performing critical environment analysis, developing automations, and closely collaborating with technical teams and occasionally with business teams; * Proposing security improvements, prioritizing initiatives, and assisting involved teams—or directly implementing necessary controls; * Supporting and enhancing information security controls; * Developing scripts and automations to optimize operational routines and security controls; * Supporting implementation and monitoring of frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001\); * Monitoring, analyzing, and proposing solutions for security events—identifying risks and improvement opportunities; * Supporting internal and external audit processes, including evidence collection and organization; * Participating in administration and continuous improvement of security tools; * Creating technical documentation, operational procedures, and internal standards under supervision; * Collaborating with Infrastructure and Systems teams; * Conducting investigations, audits, security projects, and assessments; tracking indicators, requirements, case studies, and market trends related to norm applicability, controls, laws, and best practices; * Drafting and reviewing internal policies and procedures, communicating them via internal channels; * Leading information security awareness programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed or near-completion of a Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields; * Experience in Information Security or related areas; * Experience developing scripts and automations using: PowerShell, Bash / Shell Script; * Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments (M365, Defender, Entra ID); * Experience with corporate antivirus and XDR solutions; * Knowledge of networking concepts, authentication, access control, and hardening; * Experience with SIEM, log analysis, and troubleshooting; * Proficiency in English; * Experience with risk governance, auditing, privacy, compliance, and internal controls as applied to Information Security; * Experience working in compliance, internal controls, auditing, or regulatory oversight. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with security tool automations and integrations; * Experience with audits and risk management; * Practical knowledge applying security frameworks; * Experience creating security dashboards, reports, and metrics. **Work Model:** On-site, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, at Salvador International Airport \- Salvador/BA **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * A conducive environment for **learning** and **professional growth** * **Performance evaluations** and **feedback**, aimed at continuous development of our people * **Meal and/or food allowance**, for grocery shopping and meals * **Medical and dental assistance**, ensuring you and your family maintain good health * **Pharmacy partnership**, offering discounts on medications * **Childcare allowance**, per current policy * **Gym partnership**, encouraging regular exercise * **SESC partnership**, providing varied cultural and leisure activities * **Partnerships for education**, covering languages, technology, and online learning platforms * **Payroll-deductible loans**, with attractive rates \+ financial education program * **Corporate University and learning paths**, featuring diverse content on technology, soft skills, market trends, and more * **Employee referral program**, with rewards and bonuses * **Group life insurance** Here, stories are never in short supply!
