Grow with Fatore. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Lead, train, and motivate the sales team * Provide feedback, define individual and team goals, and evaluate each salesperson's performance * Participate in recruiting and selecting new sales representatives * Monitor achievement of sales targets and campaign results * Implement strategies to boost sales. * Ensure a positive sales experience and customer satisfaction ***Requirements and Qualifications:*** * Completed High School * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
