Conduct sales of products distributed by the Distribution Business Unit through regular visits to Points of Sale (POS), as well as acquiring new customers, aiming to achieve commercial goals and objectives in accordance with company-established standards. . Execute daily planning using sales applications and monitoring daily performance indicators and targets (e.g., pricing, cumulative volumes, active customers, etc.), while mastering the promotional calendar and campaigns to enhance commercial results. . Carry out pre-visit planning for each Point of Sale (POS) by reviewing customer pending items (e.g., returns, credit limits, duplicate invoices, account blocks, bounced checks, requests, etc.), checking the customer’s history and targets, and performing store audits—assessing product placement opportunities, existing product mix, refrigeration equipment, establishment profile, and pricing relative to main competitors—to foster appropriate customer relationships and increase the presence of our portfolio. Requirements: . Driver’s license Category A and own motorcycle. . Customer service skills, sales techniques, and basic math calculations. . Completed high school education. . Residence in Paraty-RJ or nearby regions.
