Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment; assemble and test equipment upon completion of maintenance; Conduct complex failure diagnostics; install, configure, and calibrate auto-steering systems and GPS systems; Interpret technical schematics; perform CVT transmission maintenance; List required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer after repair; Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in your daily service report, and follow all recommendations (inspections and maintenance) related to your work vehicle; Administer field services via the Dealer system and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license category B; * Availability for flexible hours and travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Prior experience at an agricultural dealership is a plus; * Technical vocational training in a related field is a plus. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
