RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide assistance and issue documents related to export customs clearance (DUE, Draft BL, Certificate of Origin, and VGM). Provide customer service and liaise with terminals, ports, freight forwarders, and shipping lines. Verify export documentation. Initiate new processes. Enter process data into the system. REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word). Experience in export customs clearance. Practical knowledge of issuing Draft BL and VGM. Intermediate or higher proficiency in English or Spanish is a plus.
