Our mission is to ensure implementation of the Collections and Credit Recovery Policy, establishing a structured process for collecting overdue payments, managing authority levels, defining rules and discount limits for debt regularization, assigning responsibilities and delegating authority, segregating functions, and ensuring effective controls that enable compliance with the Organization’s guidelines. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work within the Credit Recovery Strategy Management team, and your main activities will include: * Conducting data analyses and studies focused on recovery efficiency, proposing process improvements; * Updating and enhancing collections monitoring, ensuring the quality and consistency of information used by the area; * Conducting data analyses and studies focused on recovery efficiency and process improvement; * Automating operational routines and processes, thereby increasing team efficiency; * Contributing proposals for solutions and improvements to collection policies, based on analytical insights; * Applying programming and data analysis skills to support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in a technology-related field; * Knowledge of data analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel; * Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; * Experience in areas such as strategy, collections, credit, or analytics. It will be a plus if you have: * Experience with projects focused on operational efficiency or performance analysis.
