We are looking for a strategic, welcoming, and proactive Human Resources Analyst to help build and implement the company's new Human Resources department. The position requires systemic vision, leadership skills, and strong employee relationship capabilities. Responsibilities: * Perform closing and verification of electronic time records; * Verify overtime, absences, delays, and justifications; * Ensure correct transmission of information for payroll processing; * Maintain control over admissions, terminations, vacations, and leaves (INSS, maternity, etc.); * Monitor medical certificates and manage stability periods; * Keep employee records and documents up to date; * Ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Bars and Restaurants in Aparecida; * Apply and monitor disciplinary procedures when necessary; * Use Excel spreadsheets for data control and analysis within the department; * Support recruitment and selection activities, onboarding of new employees, and internal training; * Develop practices that promote engagement, positive organizational climate, and effective communication; * Support employee development and collaborate with the HR consultancy to implement process improvements; The hired candidate will receive guidance from the HR consultancy during implementation. Requirements: * Practical experience in Personnel Department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements; * Proficiency in electronic time systems and Excel. Salary: R$ 2,500.00 CLT \| Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts
