**About the position:** As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in effectively leading the team, fostering a motivating environment, and ensuring accurate execution of sales processes to achieve the company’s established targets. You will be responsible for validating sales contracts, organizing documentation for submission to headquarters, closing the cash register, maintaining up-to-date sales records, and ensuring compliance with store organization and presentation standards. Additionally, your role will include implementing motivational campaigns and actively participating in the recruitment process for new employees. Your influence will extend across all store operations, contributing to the store’s success! **Key responsibilities:** Contribute to achieving store results through planning and executing tactical actions with partners, sales representatives, and customers—including base reactivation initiatives, collaborations with other stores, and external outreach—ensuring expansion of the relationship network. Supervise meticulous verification of all documentation required to validate sales contracts and/or service agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the processes. Review and organize essential documentation for headquarters submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and directing any pending tax-related issues to the responsible sales representative. Actively participate in maintaining and managing the store’s permanent staff by conducting recruitment processes, onboarding new sales representatives, monitoring their performance during sales interactions, and ensuring excellence in sales arguments, documentation, contract handling, and system entries. This responsibility also includes enforcing the personal appearance standard (e.g., uniform usage) among staff and ensuring accurate attendance recording in the electronic timekeeping system. Accurately close the cash register, perform deposits, and enter transactions into the system, ensuring financial operation accuracy. Process customer returns for DOA (Dead On Arrival) items, delivering efficient and satisfactory post-sales service. Update sales records promptly as needed, monitor partial sales figures, and relay information to the store manager. Submit IT and/or Facilities service requests, ensuring proper functionality of services and tracking resolution progress.
