* Manage and maintain Linux and Windows server infrastructure.
* Perform installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and software.
* Monitor system performance and perform optimizations as needed.
* Implement and manage information security policies.
* Perform backups and ensure data integrity.
* Resolve technical issues and provide user support.
* Document procedures and generate activity reports.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure system integration.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects for IT infrastructure.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or a completed undergraduate degree in any field plus a postgraduate degree in Computer Networks and/or Information Security (minimum 360 hours).
* ITIL 4 Foundation certification or training.
* Experience administering and supporting Unix network services such as DNS, DHCP, NFS, FTP, etc.
* Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server operating systems;
Knowledge and Skills:
* 1. Demonstrated experience in at least three (3) or more of the following areas:
* 1. Analysis, implementation, and support services related to Microsoft Windows Server operating system administration;
* 2. Analysis, implementation, and support services related to Microsoft Active Directory (AD) service administration;
* 3. Experience creating automation scripts and scheduling tasks using PowerShell;
* 4. Knowledge of maintaining Microsoft SQL Server, System Center Suite, and IIS application servers;
* 5. Experience administering and supporting Microsoft network services including DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server, etc.;
* 6. Analysis and support services related to information integrity and Unix/Linux operating system administration;
* 7. Experience creating automation scripts and scheduling tasks using Linux shell, cron, etc.;
* 8. Knowledge of authentication technologies (LDAP, RADIUS, etc.);
* 9. Administration of Linux/Unix OS environments with application servers such as Apache HTTP Server, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache Unit;
* Administration of Linux/Unix OS environments with database servers such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.;
