**Job Description:** ---------------------- Oversee documents related to: PPRA, PCMSO, water tank cleaning, pest control, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and permits; Verify production supply for perishable goods departments; Develop activity schedules for ASGs (General Services Assistants); Plan and supervise the implementation of physical facility, equipment, and utensil upgrades in accordance with technological innovations; Collaborate with sanitary inspection authorities; Prepare nutritional information and participate in labeling processes, complying with current legislation; Plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise environmental hygiene activities, as well as hygiene of food transport vehicles, equipment, and utensils; Plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise pre-preparation, preparation, distribution, and transportation of culinary preparations and developed products; Coordinate the development of recipes and respective technical sheets, periodically evaluating culinary preparations; Conduct Good Practices training sessions; Monitor product temperature and expiration dates; Analyze processed items from the Produce department; Monitor packaging tare weights and product net weights for regulatory compliance; Report existing needs to Management and Maintenance teams; Comply with departmental standards. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Nutrition; Active registration with the Regional Council of Nutritionists; Preferably experience in supermarkets, food retail, or food service unit management; Experience in people management and team leadership; Knowledge of food handling good practices and sanitary surveillance regulations; Knowledge of quality control, product shelf life, and storage; Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Leadership and strong communication skills; Organizational ability and strategic vision; Proactivity and decision-making capability; Proficiency in conducting training and developing personnel. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $3,000\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- 50% coverage of Health Insurance; 50% coverage of Dental Insurance; Birthday Day Off; Maternity/Paternity Kit; Shopping discounts; 50% discount on Riachuelo Theater tickets. **Work Location:** ---------------------- RedeMAIS Venâncio **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 40 hours per week
