**Description:**
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Aged between 14 and 22 years;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Availability to work either morning or afternoon shifts;
High school (currently enrolled or completed) or undergraduate studies in progress;
Compliance with the work schedule (4 hours/day) both at the workplace and during training;
Attendance at the qualification course guided by the partner institution, CIEE (once per week).
**Desirable:**
Interest in administrative routines.
**Note:**
After hiring, the apprentice will undertake an apprenticeship program.
This program complies with legal apprenticeship regulations, integrating professional training and work.
Assist in various administrative activities within the assigned area;
Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives;
Assist with spreadsheets and data entry into departmental systems;
Receive service requests and respond to them or forward them if outside one's responsibilities;
Demonstrate initiative and contribute to the smooth operation of one's assigned area;
Ensure proper storage and preservation of documents;
Support internal and external customer service;
And other duties related to the area.
