Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the planning, execution, and control of meter reading, billing, and bill delivery services, ensuring compliance with deadlines, targets, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies. * Ensure field delivery of notifications and communications, such as consumption recovery letters, customer data update letters, negotiation letters, notifications to public agencies, rural calendars, among others. * Support symbolic disconnection operations and delivery of Reaviso and Simultaneous Printings (RIS). * Ensure reading route efficiency and appropriate use of technological, logistical, and human resources, promoting productivity and reliability of collected information. Monitor performance and quality indicators, analyze root causes of deviations, and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions. * Prepare, monitor, and control the area’s budget, optimizing allocation of financial, human, and material resources, ensuring efficiency and OPEX compliance. * Lead, train, and develop supervisors, analysts, assistants, and administrative staff, encouraging commitment, ethics, integration, and high performance. * Ensure a positive organizational climate and reinforce Energisa’s culture and values, promoting team engagement and sense of belonging. Coordinate activities related to commercial registration.
