Come be strong—come be Fortbras! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct active and receptive collection from overdue customers; * Provide customer service aimed at resolving requests related to the finance department; * Negotiate for receivables recovery; * Monitor generated agreements to ensure payment of overdue invoices; * Perform customer database updates **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in the finance area (collections) is desirable; * Experience in both active and receptive collections is desirable.
