The company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst in Várzea Grande. **Responsibilities:** Conduct full recruitment processes, including screening, competency-based interviews, and test administration. Carry out new employee onboarding and monitor their performance during the first 90 days. Execute HR department processes such as hiring, termination, vacation management, and electronic timekeeping. Monitor leaves of absence, medical certificates, and other labor-related routines, ensuring legal compliance. Act as the liaison between the company and the accounting firm regarding payroll matters. Serve as a reference for organizational culture by communicating internal policies and supporting managers in conflict situations. Attend to employees, draft internal announcements, and support performance evaluation processes. Propose and implement continuous improvements in HR processes.
