Network and technological infrastructure monitoring **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Grand Cru Cuiabá is seeking an IT Analyst to manage and support the company's technological infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical support for users (hardware, software, systems, and networks); * Maintenance and configuration of computers, printers, and peripherals; * Updating software and applications used by the company; * Network and internet connection monitoring; * Support in administration and maintenance of servers (physical and virtual); * Support for internal operational systems; * Organization, control, and documentation of IT assets; * Identification of improvements to the technological infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of operating systems (installation, formatting, and support); * Computer networks (TCP/IP, structured cabling); * Hardware maintenance; * Virtualization (VMware); * Cloud backup (Microsoft); * Networking equipment (Ubiquiti – Wi\-Fi); * Firewall (PfSense); * VPN (OpenVPN and IPsec). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in network administration * Experience with corporate infrastructure * Organized profile with strong documentation orientation * Ability to propose improvements **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration; * Transportation allowance; * Flash Benefits card; * Professional and dynamic work environment. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
