We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+ individuals, and people from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for handling service orders related to the installation and repair of telephone lines, applying technical procedures and operator guidelines specific to their region of operation; Operationalize aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical requests from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber lines and trunks, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced microcomputer configurations; Perform installations and repairs for FTTH; Carry out other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma. Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role. Knowledge of installation and repair techniques. Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B.
