We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for handling service orders related to the installation and repair of telephone lines, applying technical procedures and those specified by the operator in their area of operation; Operationalize aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical support requests from corporate and residential customers via installation and repair of ADSL internet access, repair of subscriber and trunk lines, configuration of modems/routers, and restoration of basic and advanced microcomputer configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma. Desirable: 6 months of experience in this role. Knowledge of installer and repair technician practices. Valid Brazilian Driver's License Category B.
