Practical field experience with FTTH networks and optical fiber **Requirements:** * Proven experience delivering technical training and team capacity building in the telecommunications field; * Solid knowledge of **GPON, HFC, and optical fiber** technologies (deployment and maintenance); * Practical field experience with FTTH networks, optical fiber cable laying and splicing, reading engineering drawings, and using OTDR equipment; * Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical classes, with clear teaching methodology and focus on trainees' technical development; * Experience developing instructional materials, technical assessments, and performance monitoring; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to engage training groups; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency for report writing and presentations; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Electronics, or related fields is desirable.
