Job Summary: Experienced telecommunications professional responsible for technical training of teams on GPON, HFC, and Optical Fiber technologies, focusing on both theoretical and practical instruction. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in GPON, HFC, and Optical Fiber for deployment and maintenance. 2. Hands-on field experience with FTTH networks and project blueprint reading. 3. Didactic ability to deliver training sessions and develop team members. **Requirements:** * Proven experience delivering technical training and team capacity building in the telecommunications field; * Solid knowledge of **GPON, HFC, and Optical Fiber** technologies (deployment and maintenance); * Practical field experience with FTTH networks, fiber cable laying and splicing, project blueprint reading, and OTDR usage; * Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions, with clear instructional methodology focused on trainees' technical development; * Experience developing training materials, technical assessments, and performance tracking; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to engage training cohorts; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency for report writing and presentations; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Electronics, or related fields is desirable.
