Description
**Mission:** Provide technical and administrative support in managing judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, with a focus on condominium fee collections, ensuring organization, compliance with deadlines, and ethical, empathetic service to condominium owners and clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Monitor procedural developments and assist in managing extrajudicial enforcement proceedings;
* Draft initial pleadings, statements, and various legal documents, with proficiency in platforms such as **PJe, PROJUD, EPROC, and ESAJ**;
* Submit electronic filings and keep case movements updated;
* Support the legal team in organizing cases, tracking deadlines, and updating internal systems;
* Provide clear and empathetic service to condominium owners and clients, especially regarding non-payment situations;
* Assist in communications with attorneys, courts, and other judicial bodies;
* Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality when handling sensitive information and case data;
* Work in an organized manner with effective time management to ensure productivity and reliability in deliverables.
Requirements:
* **Bachelor's degree completed — Law;**
* **Knowledge of procedural status analysis and extrajudicial enforcement proceedings;**
* **Knowledge and experience in electronic filing.**
* **Drafting of initial pleadings, PJE, PROJUD, EPROC, ESAJ.**
* **Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows;**
* **Organization and Time Management;** Prioritization and rigor in monitoring cases and deadlines;
* **Communication Skills:** Clarity, active listening, and persuasion to explain obligations, understand needs, and convince debtors to settle outstanding amounts;
* **Empathy and Emotional Intelligence:** Sensitivity and resilience to understand debtors’ personal circumstances and handle rejections;
* **Ethics and Discretion:** Maintain confidentiality and treat all condominium owners impartially;
Working Hours:
* Schedule: 08:00–18:00, Monday to Thursday; 08:00–17:00, Friday;
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: R$2004.50;
