Intermediate Office package; knowledge of ADSL and LA technology, and installation and maintenance processes. * Manage the team’s personnel by monitoring activities, aligning expectations, providing feedback, conducting training, approving and adjusting time sheet records, evaluating performance, and performing other related tasks to ensure team development and achievement of organizational objectives; * Inspect and approve activities performed by the team(s); * Receive and monitor project schedules; * Define activities and priorities; * Close out completed projects with the technical room; * Approve material withdrawals from the warehouse; * Report project pending items; * Prepare technical reports; * Manage one’s own team.
