We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the team’s personnel, including monitoring activities, aligning expectations, providing feedback, conducting training, approving and adjusting time records, evaluating performance, and other activities to ensure team development and achievement of organizational objectives; * Inspect and approve activities carried out by the team(s); * Receive and monitor project schedules; * Define tasks and priorities; * Record completed projects in the technical room; * Approve material withdrawals from the warehouse; * Report project pending items; * Prepare technical reports; * Manage your team. Comply with SSMA policies, procedures, standards, manuals, and regulations, promoting and supporting continuous improvement of the Management System; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; * Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree OR at least 2 years of proven experience in the field. Desirable: 6 months of experience in this role.
