**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 2-hour lunch break / Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured - CLT labor code * Assist the responsible technician in internet, TV, and telephony installations and maintenance * Support cable routing and organization (fiber optic and network cables) * Organize tools, materials, and work equipment * Assist in basic equipment configuration (ONU; modem; router) * Support signal and connectivity testing after installations * Provide basic customer service, following the technician’s instructions * Assist in external technical visits (residential and commercial) * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE * Complete or assist in completing service orders * Ensure proper use of company equipment * Support cable installation on utility poles **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Driver’s License Category AB * No prior experience required (company provides training) * Basic computer skills (mobile phone, apps, and WhatsApp usage) * Good communication skills and willingness to learn; commitment, responsibility, and punctuality * Ability to work well in a team * Availability for fieldwork; no fear of heights (work on utility poles/ladders when necessary) * Location: Cuiaba / Centro Sul **Benefits:** Others, Hazard Pay, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
