What You Will Do Here: Technical Guidance: Monitor and instruct students on correct exercise execution, ensuring proper posture and injury prevention. Monitoring and Motivation: Track students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust workouts according to their development. Organization and Safety: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the muscle training area and equipment.
