From the simplest to the most special moments, we nourish life through quality, innovation, and the people who make it all happen. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Enter invoices for payment to service providers. * Generate meal control reports. * Input Facilities services information into the Intranet. * Guide fleet vehicle drivers on fueling procedures, title transfer processes, and other related procedures; perform Fleet and chartered vehicle checklists. * Store materials in the inactive archive and warehouse, maintaining organization of the area. * Assist in inbound and outbound cell processes and operate the truck scale. * Process delivery confirmation stub cancellations and respond to 0800 net calls for stub digitization. * Attach blind spreadsheets to invoices—a mandatory document for purchase receipt at the company—and list invoices while generating reports on invoices integrated into the SAP system. * Collect signatures from responsible parties/approvers for posting and archiving fiscal documents. * Issue Pre-Tickets (authorize truck entry into the facility). * Update and cancel pallet terms in the Pallet Term (TMP) control system. * Occasionally handle loading/unloading operations for vehicles arriving at or departing from the facility, while complying with SST and Quality standards. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed elementary education.
