Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting topographic surveys, layout, and construction site monitoring, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in topographic surveys on construction sites 2. Knowledge of planimetric-altimetric and cadastral surveys 3. Assistance in marking cuts and fills on the terrain **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Conduct topographic survey of the site prior to commencement of construction. * Perform layout of the construction, marking axes, foundations, and building boundaries. * Verify levels, alignments, and positioning of structures according to the project. * Monitor construction execution to ensure measurements are accurate. * Assist in marking cuts and fills on the terrain. * Carry out topographic measurements and record keeping during and after construction execution. **Requirements:** * Technical Course: Surveying or Topography Technician * Completed High School Education * Experience in topographic surveys on construction sites * Knowledge of planimetric-altimetric and cadastral surveys This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PCD) * Location: Cuiabá / Parque Georgia **Benefits:** Others, Attendance Bonus, TotalPass (top gyms and wellness partners), Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance, Meal Voucher
