The primary responsibility is to ensure that work follows technical drawings, quality standards, established deadlines, and safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technical and execution responsibilities (infrastructure and common areas); * Read and interpret plumbing, electrical, masonry, and structural drawings, charts, and scales to guide the team; * Supervise progress of activities in common areas (swimming pools, party halls, playgrounds, entrances, façades); * Perform or verify site layout, check benchmarks, formwork, and reinforcement; * Inspect work performed by masons, plumbers, electricians, and other professionals to ensure final quality; * Assemble teams, assign tasks, and assign qualified personnel to appropriate roles (e.g., mason, construction helper, etc.). * Request and monitor material usage, preventing waste and ensuring proper application; * Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety regulations on the construction site to prevent accidents. **Job Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in horizontal condominium buildings; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Familiarity with construction planning, site control, and occupational safety; * Must reside in Cuiabá or Várzea\-Grande\-MT
