To learn more, simply “click” below to view our job openings and the full material. **Join the Real Group team.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct technical visits to rural properties and partner locations to demonstrate and explain Real H products, highlighting their features and benefits. * Provide ongoing technical assistance to customers, resolving questions and monitoring results. * Deliver training sessions for sales representatives, customers, and partners on products and their application. * Conduct periodic customer visits; * Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service, and Product Development teams to ensure an integrated approach. * Support and service Animal Nutrition product lines; * Participate in field trials—launching new products; * Attend trade fairs, lectures, and events to promote Real H products and technologies. * Collect field information to contribute to case studies, performance indicators, and feedback for the R&D department. * Monitor competitor activities and sector trends to adjust strategies. * Stay updated on market trends, animal management, health, nutrition, and regulatory requirements. * Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities in the market. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science. * Technical knowledge of animal nutrition (ruminants)—including feed ingredients and diet formulation. * Experience in technical assistance or consulting on rural properties. * Practical experience in cattle management, health, and nutrition for beef and dairy production. * Preferred experience in customer service, sales support, and training within the agribusiness sector. * Knowledge of good animal management and welfare practices. * Techniques for sustainable nutrition, health, and productivity. * Driver’s license category B. * Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field. * Strong communication and teaching skills to guide customers and teams. * Organizational ability and autonomy to plan daily routines. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships. * Must reside in Cuiabá. **Additional Information** * Company-issued mobile phone, laptop, and vehicle; * Unimed Health Plan (co-payment); * Monthly bonus; * Semi-annual bonus; * Wellhub; * Telepsychology; * Telemedicine; * Career development plan.
