Customer service and material management Main Responsibilities: * **Team Management:** Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the cleaning team, as well as manage work schedules and vacations. * **Planning and Organization:** Define activity schedules, assign tasks, and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, and supplies) according to demand. * **Quality Control:** Inspect areas to ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are met and verify the effectiveness of cleaning methods. * **Material Management:** Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, request new items as needed, and ensure staff have all necessary tools to perform their duties. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure the team adheres to health, safety, and good cleaning practice regulations. * **Customer Service:** Handle customer requests and complaints, maintaining clear and efficient communication with both the team and customers.
