




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Availability to work in shifts **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for sharpening all production pieces to ensure the desired final standard and unit efficiency. * Ensure no contamination of raw materials handled in the sector by complying with hygiene standards and removing stamps from the sharpening table or deboning entrance. * Ensure standardization of special cuts for customers by following technical specifications and verifying the weight of each cut on a scale. * Ensure sharpening of filé mignon, contra filé, coxão mole, lagarto, picanha, coxão duro, maminha, alcatra, patinho, músculo and fraldinha pieces according to the cutting standard and/or gram weight specified in the cutting technical specification or customer requirements. **Requirements:** * Elementary education. * Prior experience in the field is an advantage. * Ability to comply with hygiene and food safety standards. **Benefits:** Cafeteria, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
