Plan and control maintenance schedules, ensuring fleet availability and reliability. Monitor maintenance metrics (downtime, costs, availability). Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical regulations. Manage inventory of parts and supplies, optimizing costs and avoiding waste. Support internal and external audits related to the fleet. Prepare management reports and propose improvements to maintenance processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in maintenance of light or heavy vehicles. Knowledge of team management and maintenance processes. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability. Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
