We are looking for a responsible, proactive professional with experience in the field. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and guide the gardening team in daily activities; * Plan routines for pruning, mowing, fertilization, irrigation, and cleaning; * Monitor the use and maintenance of tools and equipment; * Supervise service execution to ensure quality and safety; * Prepare reports and communicate material requirements; * Comply with and enforce occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a gardening supervisor, team leader, or supervisor; * Knowledge of landscaping techniques and green area maintenance; * Team management skills; * Familiarity with operating gardening equipment; * Preferred qualifications: courses in related fields (gardening, landscaping, NR-12, NR-35, etc.).
