




Job Summary: Responsible for restocking merchandise, organizing displays, operating equipment, maintaining aisle safety, and serving customers. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support **Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in "picking" areas, applying the basic principles of "full, clean, labeled, safe", ensuring correct stock location within the aisle, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and strictly adhering to all safety rules and procedures to guarantee optimal product availability for customers; * Replace price tags and create signage and product displays following the "see, understand, touch, buy" principle, keeping display stands, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf; * Operate equipment required for merchandise handling in the department—such as forklifts, lift platforms, and ladders—always complying with all safety regulations as outlined in the provided manual and holding proper authorization; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastic, equipment, or other items obstruct or hinder customer movement in department aisles, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Remain attentive to cashier requests and provide timely support whenever needed to ensure fast customer service; * Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, always demonstrating attentiveness and willingness to assist, thereby enabling sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stockouts within your assigned territory, considering the four possible causes (replenishment, inventory count, AVS's, and unscanned stockouts), to effectively monitor available products. **Requirements to Join Our Team:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating lift platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, market trends, demand, and competition; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to overall company performance.
