Manage strategic financial planning, aligning budgetary goals with the company’s and its units’ growth objectives; 2\. Validate consolidation of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, ensuring accounting and managerial information is accurate and reliable for senior management; 3\. Analyze the financial viability of investments—such as equipment purchases and fleet expansion—calculating ROI and payback period; 4\. Manage credit granting policy and asset recovery strategies (collections), aiming to reduce delinquency levels; 5\. Supervise internal audit processes for accounts payable and treasury entries, ensuring compliance and preventing fraud or errors; 6\. Optimize projected cash flow by identifying optimal financing sources or financial applications for cash surpluses; 7\. Approve payment schedules and high-value bank transactions, ensuring checking account balance; 8\. Monitor the company’s fixed and variable costs, proposing expense reduction plans and operational efficiency improvements; 9\. Lead and develop the team, promoting high performance and succession planning; 10\. Maintain relationships with banking institutions to negotiate interest rates, fees, credit lines, and financial services; 11\.
