Main Responsibilities * Greet patients at the clinic entrance; * Distribute and organize appointment tickets; * Guide patients regarding internal workflow, departments, and examination steps; * Assist patients with initial inquiries; * Support reception organization and patient flow control; * Ensure human-centered service and professional demeanor; * Act as a liaison between patients and internal staff.
