Therefore, investments are made in qualification and professional development programs, resulting in improved service delivery and enhanced quality of life for people. **Responsibilities** * Control, organize, and archive financial documents related to freight; * Send and track documents dispatched via postal services and transportation companies; * Support Financial Analysts in monitoring department routines and preparing reports; * Provide preliminary information and support dispatch and document verification processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school education and/or currently studying Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in transportation logistics processes; * Experience or knowledge of administrative routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate or advanced level); * Skill in report preparation and analysis.
