Job Summary: We are seeking a Load Organizer to assist in organizing and handling goods, ensuring logistical efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in goods verification, sorting, labeling, and arrangement 2. Support the resolution of pending issues and the search for lost goods 3. Keep terminals, yards, and truck bodies organized and clean We are looking for a Load Organizer to assist with verification tasks and arrange goods after unloading and before loading. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in goods verification, sorting, labeling, and arrangement at terminals and yards. * Support searches for lost goods and resolution of pending issues. * Accompany pickups and deliveries with drivers when necessary. * Keep terminals, yards, and truck bodies organized and clean. * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Safeguard company assets and contribute to a positive organizational climate. * Support less experienced colleagues and perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Elementary school education. **Professional Experience** * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in this or related roles. **Additional Information** On-site meals Gas allowance Basic food basket Meal allowance Unimed health plan (50% coverage) PPR – Profit Sharing Program Career and salary plan Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym) "Love Pack" (maternity kit) Birthday day off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
