Responsibilities and Duties Perform pre-sales customer service by verifying requests and needs, searching the system, informing the selling price, feasibility of fulfilling order quantities or other information, and, when necessary, forwarding cases to other sales representatives—aiming to assist the team in routine matters; Requirements and Qualifications Completed high school education; Experience in customer service or sales (in-person or via telephone); Automotive parts industry knowledge is desirable.
