




The **Financial Assistant** is responsible for performing operational and administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the finance department. Key responsibilities include: * Recording **invoices, bills, and receipts** into the management system. * Assisting in the control of **accounts payable and receivable**, verifying payment receipts, and performing basic bank reconciliations. * **Organizing and archiving** financial and accounting documents (physical and digital). * Preparing **basic financial reports** and supporting audit routines and internal controls. * Handling internal and external requests, ensuring **data accuracy, information confidentiality**, and compliance with internal procedures. * Supporting the **sales process of grain and livestock production**, assisting in **prospecting and qualifying customers** (trading companies, slaughterhouses, cooperatives, etc.). * Preparing **commercial proposals, quotations, and sales contracts**, providing support during negotiations and order follow-up. * **Organizing and managing commercial and financial documents**, keeping contracts and records up to date. * Assisting in the **monitoring of purchases and supplier contracts for inputs**, ensuring proper transaction flow. **Requirements** * High school diploma; preferably technical or higher education in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * Previous experience in **administrative and financial routines** (minimum 6 months). * Basic proficiency in **Office Suite** (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems. * **Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive** profile, with good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
