**Education:** High school diploma completed. Technical or vocational courses in Logistics, Administration, or related fields will be considered a plus. **Requirements:** * Experience in logistics (receiving, shipping, inventory); * Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Totvs; * Basic understanding of invoice and purchase order verification; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B (CNH); * Training and experience operating forklifts (with valid certification); * Availability to perform deliveries and pickups in the metropolitan region (Contagem, Betim, and surrounding areas); * Preferred: familiarity with the SIARE system (for issuing invoices). **Responsibilities:** * Assist in receiving and verifying materials and invoices; * Store materials according to internal procedures and record them in the system; * Pick and prepare orders for shipping; * Build pallets, package, and correctly label products; * Issue invoices via system and prepare delivery manifests; * Arrange transportation services and track deliveries; * Operate forklifts to move loads; * Support periodic and rotating inventory counts; * Perform external deliveries and pickups when requested; * Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
