Focus on safety, organization, and quality **About the Position** Energette Construction Company seeks a committed **Building Maintenance Assistant**, responsible and with solid experience, to perform building maintenance routines, ensuring safety, organization, and efficiency in daily activities. **Standard Working Hours (all units except Cáceres):** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * **Lunch break:** 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM **Cáceres Unit (exception):** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Lunch break:** 12:00 PM to 1:12 PM **Overtime** * Permitted Monday to Friday until **10:00 PM**; * May occur on **weekends and holidays**, subject to prior request and approval. **Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 2.795,96 * **Meal Allowance (VA):** R$ 496,58 * **Transportation Allowance (VT):** As per the route used * **Hazard Pay (30%):** R$ 838,79 * **Attendance Bonus:** R$ 164,16 **Minimum Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in this role; * Valid **NR10 certification**; * Knowledge of **civil, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance**; * Ability to keep the workplace organized by collecting waste materials, tools, and equipment; * Perform **low-complexity tasks** following instructions from responsible professionals; * Strict compliance with **safety regulations** and supervisory instructions. **Responsibilities** * Assist other professionals in maintenance routines; * Perform tasks as directed by supervisors; * Maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Carry out all activities with consistent focus on safety and quality. **How to Apply** Send your resume via Indeed or WhatsApp: **(43) 9979-0884**.
