Job Summary: Driver Instructor to deliver theoretical and practical training, evaluate driver performance, and disseminate safe driving practices, including Cold Camera work. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as a knowledge multiplier and promoter of best practices The Driver Instructor will **work with Cold Camera**. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Deliver theoretical and practical training to company drivers, covering topics such as traffic legislation, defensive driving techniques, safety procedures, among others. \- Monitor and evaluate driver performance during practical classes, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement. \- Develop and update training content according to company needs and changes in legislation. \- Record driver attendance and performance in training sessions, maintaining control and activity history. \- Act as a knowledge multiplier, disseminating safe driving practices and contributing to the reduction of accidents and incidents. **Required Qualifications:** \- Completed high school education. \- Possession of Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category D or E, with experience. \- Solid knowledge of traffic legislation and safe driving techniques. \- Ability to convey knowledge clearly and effectively. \- Leadership skills, patience, and strong interpersonal communication abilities. \- Familiarity with company safety procedures and standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Technical or higher education in transportation, traffic, or safety. \- Prior experience as a driver instructor. \- Knowledge of first aid. \- Relevant certifications, such as traffic instructor courses.
