Representing the company professionally and courteously The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and punctually transporting and delivering goods, ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction. This role requires adherence to traffic regulations, the ability to resolve issues encountered en route, and a high level of commitment to service quality. The professional also acts as the company's representative to customers, making strong communication skills, organization, and professional conduct essential. Main Responsibilities * Transport and deliver goods to customers, ensuring product integrity throughout the entire journey. * Verify cargo during loading and unloading to ensure alignment with invoices. * Plan efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines. * Comply with traffic regulations and ensure transportation safety. * Conduct basic vehicle inspections before each trip, checking tires, oil, coolant, and other items necessary for proper operation. * Maintain the vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition. * Assist with loading and unloading of goods. * Represent the company professionally and courteously during customer interactions. * Identify and report any vehicle issues or damage to transported goods. * Follow internal policies and procedures of Grupo Disnorte, ensuring excellence in customer service. **Driver's License:** Category **D**, valid.
