If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Monitoring and defining actions related to waste generation and material recycling at the facility; * Ensuring proper organization and segregation of materials stored in the waste area; * Managing the financial aspects of selling waste generated/sold by the facility per internal guidelines; * Issuing/managing waste manifests for transportation, in compliance with applicable legislation; * Preparing reports evaluating results and proposing structural and operational control improvements; * Mitigating environmental risks, liabilities, and adverse conditions related to waste management; * Providing technical support for identifying environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Technical or Technologist degree in Environmental Management or related fields; * Experience managing industrial waste or similar activities; * Knowledge of Sustainability programs (e.g., zero waste, reverse logistics), environmental legislation, and indicator management; * SAP proficiency; #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with SAP systems; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. **Working Hours:** **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance with special terms for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services across multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Wellbeing Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
