This is how we connect Localiza\&Co with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement and execute workplace accident prevention programs and procedures, occupational and professional disease prevention, aiming to ensure workplace safety and compliance with internal norms and procedures; * Support implementation and monitoring of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Contribute to safety indicator management, accident investigation and analysis, as well as proposing preventive measures; * Plan, conduct, and monitor safety training; * Conduct facility inspections to identify risk areas and recommend safety measures; * Monitor and manage the Risk Management Program (PGR); * Develop and maintain up-to-date Occupational Safety policies and procedures; * Monitor inspections, technical visits, and regulatory audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Experience in Occupational Safety, preferably in industrial or automotive sectors; * Availability to work 100% on-site, second shift, Monday through Friday; * Interest and availability for fieldwork; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Category B driver’s license (preferred). **Additional Information** **BENEFITS FOR YOU** Dress code: Be yourself!
