




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, sales area organization, inventory management, and customer acquisition, aiming for excellence and results. Customer acquisition and performance monitoring MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, providing a positively impactful experience. Sales Area Organization: Ensure the sales area is always clean and organized, following standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes: * Table displays (tables folded neatly by size). * Rack displays (organized by size, with correct hangers according to product families and categories). * Daily checks during store opening and closing, maintaining an orderly and clutter-free area. Pricing Verification: Confirm that prices displayed on racks and shelves are accurate and up-to-date per product, ensuring all items are properly priced. Fitting Room Returns: Return products left in fitting rooms by customers who decided not to purchase after trying them on. Garment Pinning and Hanger Placement: Organize and ensure proper placement of garments, including pinning and hanging apparel items. Merchandise Restocking: Restock merchandise daily according to sales volume and store needs, opening and unpacking boxes to ensure efficient restocking in both stock and sales areas. Cleanliness Maintenance: Keep the department clean and organized, including dusting tables and equipment with cloths to ensure a pleasant environment for customers. Shoe Lacing: Lace shoes correctly to facilitate display and customer visibility. Fitting Room Schedule: Fulfill the fitting room schedule, inspecting and cleaning fitting cabins after customer use. Clothing Ironing: Iron wrinkled clothing to ensure items are presentable to customers. Stockroom Organization: Maintain an organized stockroom according to store needs, including arranging merchandise and hardware in internal areas. Equipment Management: Remove equipment from the sales area whenever necessary, especially during low-stock situations. Merchandise Allocation: After merchandise receipt by the store auditor, allocate products either to the sales floor or to stock, ensuring proper storage. Store Card Customer Acquisition: * Conduct internal customer acquisition for store card enrollment. * Conduct external customer acquisition by approaching people near the store for store card enrollment. Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily store results and targets, continuously striving to improve performance indicators. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY): * Prior experience in customer service and/or sales; * Ability to organize and maintain sales environments; * Commitment to store goals and excellence in customer service.
