Job Summary: The professional will organize and verify cash documents, collect payments from customers, and perform cash opening or closing procedures, with a focus on technical and professional growth. Support for professional development In this role, your main responsibilities will include: * Organizing and verifying cash movement documents, collecting amounts corresponding to customer purchases, and performing cash opening or closing; * Performing routine administrative/operational tasks and activities in your area of responsibility, as per instructions or operational procedures; * Organizing and verifying cash movement documents (cash, TEFs, signed bill payment receipts, customer advances, etc.) and forwarding them to Treasury/Administrative Finance immediately after closing; * Collecting amounts corresponding to customer purchases, adopting differentiated routines based on payment method, and subsequently delivering the respective Fiscal Document to the customer; * Arranging product packaging or directing the customer to the dispatch department for product pickup; * Performing cash opening or closing for which you are responsible, reconciling amounts with supporting documents to resolve any issues; * ?Requesting immediate supervisor presence in case of questionable documents or for replenishing cash register change.
